Invite-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information after sending this email to 1) prevent re-sending emails without an appropriate amount of time between emails, and 2) to allow for your friend to request no further emails be sent to him or her.
Content added to the "Custom Message" area of the invite may or may not be monitored by HollyStock.com. In any capacity, you agree to indemnify HollyStock.com for any responsibility with regards to the content sent through the email. If a legal lawsuit is brought against TayTech, LLC or any of it's subsidiaries based upon your actions and/or content sent through the Invite email, TayTech, LLC may provide your account information to the appropriate authorities. You also agree to assume all legal responsibilities for your actions and submissions.
2. How We Use Information
We use personally identifiable information collected at our site to respond to visitors' requests for information and customer support, enable registered players to participate in the HollyStock.com Game and other site activities, serve prizes to our contest or sweepstakes winners, or provide our newsletter or other information about the HollyStock.com Game or events to our players. Your name is displayed throughout the HollyStock.com Game website to facilitate interaction in the game and it is used if you communicate with other players. Also, we may publish your screen name if you win a contest or a sweepstakes or score highly in the game.
